En effektiv formel, der hjælper dig med at forblive fokuseret og håndtere dit generelle helbred.
I usually wake up groggy and scattered, but since I started taking one of these with dinner, my mornings feel noticeably calmer and more focused. The 150mg of elemental magnesium per capsule is exactly what I needed without any stomach upset.
The 500mg dose per capsule is easy to swallow and doesn’t upset my stomach at all, which was my biggest worry. Three weeks in and my sleep quality has noticeably improved without that groggy morning fog.
I’ve been taking two capsules with dinner for about three weeks now, and the 150mg of elemental magnesium per serving is enough to notice a real difference in my sleep quality. My muscles feel less achy after workouts, and I like that it’s a highly bioavailable form so I don’t worry about absorption
