The 5000mcg dosage in these gummies is serious — I noticed my hair feels thicker at the roots after about a month of taking two a day. The natural berry taste makes it easy to remember, too.
Three weeks in and my nails are noticeably less prone to splitting, which honestly shocked me since I've tried everything. The gummies have a natural mixed flavor that's not too sweet, and I actually look forward to taking them each morning with my vitamins.
My hair stopped shedding so much in the shower after about a month, and the 5000mcg dose is exactly what I was looking for. The mixed berry flavor is actually pleasant, not chalky like other gummies I've tried.
