The vibration plate’s stability surprised me—even on carpet it doesn’t wobble during a workout, and the creatine tablets are easy to split into halves for my dose. Having both in one box made it simple to start a consistent routine at home without gym trips.

The creatine tablets dissolve fast enough that I don’t have to choke down a gritty shake post-workout, and the vibration plate gets my legs firing in just ten minutes a day. Between the two, I’ve actually stuck with my home routine for a full month now, which says a lot.

The vibration plate is surprisingly sturdy and quiet even on higher speeds, which makes it easy to use while watching TV. I’ve been pairing it with the creatine tablets after workouts and the whole setup takes up barely any space in my living room.
