I’ve tried a lot of sleep aids, but these gummies actually quiet the mental chatter instead of just knocking me out. The 5mg melatonin serving feels right, and having a full 3-month supply means I don’t have to reorder every few weeks—worth it.
The 5mg serving is strong enough that I actually feel my brain slowing down before I even hit the pillow, and the fact it's a 3-month supply means I don't have to reorder constantly. Waking up feels less like a battle these days, which is the whole point for me.
I’ve been taking two of these about an hour before bed, and the 5mg melatonin dose plus the calming blend actually quiets my thoughts enough that I’m asleep faster. The three-month supply is a solid value, and the gummies themselves taste pleasantly mild—not overly sweet like some others.
